Details for Off Season Training
Mick Muirs offseason training starts on Monday and runs for a total of 10 weeks. If you are waivering about joining, have a go and be a man about it. Think of all those times during the season that you wished you scored as many tries as Pecker, ran as fast as Rick Randall before his hammy gave out, or packed as many scrums as Hooran.
What will be in the 10 week program?
Your very own personal program
4x 1hour and 15min training sessions a week
2x supervised sessions and 2x unsupervised sessions
3x Fitness Assessments in the 1st, 5th and 10th week
A skill to lift weights correctly and effectively
Rehabilitation
Strength & Conditioning
Weight Loss/ Weight Gain
Flexibility
Core Stability

Where and when does it start?
The starting date will be the Monday 12/10/09 @4:30pm
The days we will be training are:
Monday 4:30pm to 5:45pm (supervised, gym room 1 & 2)
Tuesday 4:30pm to 5:45pm (unsupervised gym room 1)
Wednesday 5:00pm to 6:15pm (supervised, gym room 1 & 2)
Thursday 4:30pm to 5:45pm (unsupervised gym room 1)
How much will it cost?
The total cost for the sessions is $250, this is payable upfront or in two parts (at commencement and at the start of week 6), you will be required to bring your own leotard, sweat bands and Olivia Newton-John soundtrack (actually you won’t really need the last one as Mick has it blasting over the speakers all day).
