South Pacific Combine

So it appears our illustrious coach Chris Hickey has not been laying idle while overseas. The grapevine tells us that Chris has co-ordinated an NFL style combine to bring the hottest rugby prospects from Fiji, Samoa and Tonga to access overseas contracts.

We hope some of the successful candidates realise that a home in East Ballina with great training facilities at Seahorse Park could be a great option.

Before you read the following article in the link below, have a think about any rural / farming friends and associates who may require some assistance as the club does have a number of Fijian players who have come to town and training and are seeking farm work. Think ti-tree, sugar cane, macadamias, blueberries or even bamboo. Any introductions to primary producers would be greatly appreciated.
